One on one yoga sessions are customized for you.
We begin with a posture assessment which will determine the direction of our path forward. Private sessions are
offered in-person and virtually.
You can expect special attention to your movement patterns, alignment and physical concerns as well as hands on assisting (in person). I specialize in injury prevention, corrective movement patterns, injury recovery and sports and activities specific to you.

I came to yoga through the back door of the fitness industry. After teaching many different group fitness formats in the ’90s, I took my first weekend yoga training in 2001. From the first Sun Salutation, I was a forever student! Years of teaching high intensity, high impact classes left my body battered and exhausted. The healing aspect of yoga deeply resonated with me. I continue to study the science of movement, as well as the brain and the body’s need for stillness, meditation, and mindfulness.
I have completed over 1,500 hours of training in various styles, with LYT being my second 500-hour yoga teacher training. Movement is my medicine, and I am passionate about helping others to move well. I am committed to making yoga accessible, sustainable, and inviting for ALL.
When I’m not practicing or creating classes in my home studio, I enjoy boating, beach walks, collecting seashells, reading and cooking. Family time is a favorite activity and I’m blessed to have both my sons living close by! My fur babies Fisher and Shanti are my constant companions and like to make cameo appearances in my videos!
